Whether you are cruising or going to or coming from visiting family and friends for the holidays, remember that effective January 1, 2012 (that's right New Year's Day) new law in effect for cell phone users in NEVADA...HANDS FREE ONLY while driving a vehicle:
1) cannot talk on cell phone when driving a vehicle
2) cannot text on cell phone when driving a vehicle
3) if phone is on speaker phone, cannot hold phone in hand
4) grace period is over...let the fines begin
I'll be checking all my options however, the older I get, the less I want to talk on the phone while driving...the choice is yours...be careful while driving.
